To meet the specific needs of all of our clients, we have assembled specialty divisions and a senior executive team of professionals with strong leadership focus and diverse backgrounds and experience – including customer service, community management, project management, engineering, legal, financial, education, human resources, technology and executive level experience.
Our community management operations are separated into three divisions:
- Condominium & Homeowner Association Division
- National Lifestyle Division
- High-Rise Division
This approach allows for best practice sharing among the members of each division and provides personalized service to our clients. Each division is led by a multi-layered team of executives: executives who are 100% off-line from direct community management responsibilities. Their main focus is to serve as a resource and to provide guidance to our community managers and valued clients.
While the main contact for your community is a designated community manager, your community operations are supported by a team of Wentworth associates, including experienced accounting professionals, human resource professionals, our Director of Education, our Director of Facilities Maintenance, our IT Support Team and our Customer Care Associates. These team members are also 100% off-line from direct community management responsibilities.
