Daniel Gillies
Vice President – High-Rise
Daniel Gillies is the Vice President of High-Rise for Wentworth Property Management Corp. Daniel is the senior executive responsible for the oversight of all operations, business retention and development of new business within our high rise division.
Daniel has been involved with common interest realty for many years. Prior to joining Wentworth, Daniel was Assistant Vice President – City Living Division for Toll Brothers, Inc., one of the nation’s largest and premier developers of luxury homes. In this capacity, he was responsible for the leasing, marketing, construction, operations and financial management of community associations in Hoboken, Jersey City and Monroe Township. Daniel worked with all property managers and was responsible for the overall operation of completed projects. Among the communities Daniel helped develop that we now manage are Hudson Tea Building Condominium, 700 Grove, Maxwell Place, Harborside Lofts and Regency at Monroe.
Prior to Toll Brothers, Daniel was a Senior Analyst at CIBC World Markets Corporation, an Assistant Equity Research Analyst at Standard & Poor’s Corporation and a Civil / Structural Engineer at Burns & Roe Industrial Services Company.
Daniel holds an undergraduate degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from Columbia University and a Master of Business Administration from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Marc Glassman
Director of Facilities and Maintenance
Marc Glassman is the Director of Facilities and Maintenance for the High-Rise Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Marc is responsible for the creation and standardization of all facility procedures, including Emergency and Asset Manuals, along with augmenting the property building engineer’s knowledge and expertise.
This is a newly created position that we believe brings tremendous value to both our associates and clients. Marc’s emphasis is on life safety, asset protection and keeping our properties running efficiently and in pristine condition. This ultimately creates a safe and welcoming environment while maintaining each building’s character and increasing property values.
Marc brings to Wentworth over twenty five years of high-rise and facilities management experience where he has been responsible for all aspects of the facilities. Previous to this position, Marc served as Chief Engineer from the pre-opening stage to occupied stage at a Wentworth managed new conversion property, Aria Condominium in Philadelphia, PA. Throughout his tenure at the Aria, Marc interfaced with all levels of construction and governmental agencies. Marc previously served as a President and Vice President of the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Engineer Association and is currently their webmaster.
Andrew Tendler
Executive Director
Andrew Tendler is an Executive Director for the New Jersey High-Rise Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Andrew provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed from our Lyndhurst office and surrounding areas.
Andrew brings over 10 years of construction, legal and facilities project management experience. Most recently, Andrew was an Associate Attorney at Cutolo Law Firm where he provided legal counsel affecting common interest communities. Previously Andrew spent over 10 years at Premier Developments & Affiliates, LLC where he was responsible for the oversight of all project management aspects at various community associations. Andrew earned a bachelor’s degree in History from Tulane University in New Orleans, LA.
Andrew is also a member of the New Jersey Bar.
Bob Podstawski
Executive Director
Bob Podstawski is an Executive Director for the New Jersey High-Rise Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Bob provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed from our Lyndhurst office and surrounding areas.
Bob brings over 25 years of construction, operational and facilities project management experience. Most recently, Bob was the Northeast Regional Facility Manager for CB Richard Ellis, a premier global real estate company, where he led a team of Senior Facility Manager Professionals. Previously Bob spent 4 years as the Vice President of Operations for VAP International, Inc. where he focused on developing and installing new policies and procedures to maximize productivity and income for the properties and staff within his portfolio.
Bob earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from William Paterson University in Wayne, NJ. Bob is a Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) through the International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). Bob is also a member of the Buildings Owners & Managers Association (BOMA), the International Society of Facilities Executives (ISFE) and the International Development & Research Council (IDRC).
Poe Leggette
Executive Director
Poe is an Executive Director for the Philadelphia High-Rise Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Poe provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and portfolio communities reporting to Philadelphia and Southern NJ area.
Poe brings over 18 years of real estate management experience to our team. Most recently Poe was a principal of a development group. Poe’s experience includes asset management, financial analysis, development of commercial and residential properties, condominium conversions, and construction project management.
Poe earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in European History with a business concentration from Washington and Lee University.
Stacia M. Scaduto, LEED® Green Associate
Executive Director
Stacia Scaduto is an Executive Director for the Philadelphia High-Rise Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. In this role, Stacia provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and high-rise communities managed in the Philadelphia area.
Stacia began her career at Wentworth in 1999 as a Community Manager and has been in the property management industry since 1993. Stacia’s background includes experience in the management of apartments and high-rise condominium associations.
Stacia is a LEED® Green Associate certified through the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
