As industry leaders, we have raised the bar as the premier high-rise management company. The High Rise Division is led by a Vice President, along with Executive Directors, who oversee a limited number of high rises in a designated geography. All of these executives are 100% off-line from the direct day-to-day community management functions. Their sole purpose is to provide leadership and guidance and to serve as a resource to both our community managers and boards.
Also a member of our High Rise Division, our Director of Facilities Maintenance provides oversight and guidance to our building engineers, as well as creates customized asset manuals and emergency procedures. We provide teams experienced in the operations of a high-rise – from valet, concierge and engineering to front desk and maintenance staff – we’ve got you covered.
