Robert Teeling
Vice President of Condominium & Homeowner Association Division
Bob is Vice President of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Bob is the senior executive responsible for the oversight of all operations, business retention and development of new business within our Condominium & Homeowner Association Division.
Bob has been involved with national organizations since 1980 holding varied positions in project management, marketing and business development. Bob started with Wentworth Property Management Corp. in 2009 as an Executive Director for the Northern NJ region. Prior to joining Wentworth, Bob was General Sales Manager for Pulte Homes one of the nation’s largest and premier developers of active adult communities. In this capacity, he was responsible for six communities totaling over 1,800 homes and was the lead trainer for the Metro New York/New Jersey Division. Previously, Bob worked at Telcordia Technologies and Verizon as part of their national management teams.
Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State College.
Cheri Bungard
Executive Director
Cheri Bungard is an Executive Director for the Western NJ Region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Cheri provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed from our Eatontown office and the surrounding areas.
Cheri has been involved with national organizations for over ten years holding varied positions in sales management, real estate, marketing and public relations. Most recently, Cheri was a Real Estate Agent for Prudential Fox & Roach, Realtors where she specialized in residential resale and new home sales. Previously, Cheri worked at Pulte Homes in Sales Management where she was responsible for the successful launch and management of new home communities and the oversight of sales teams, their sales goals, retention and customer satisfaction. Cheri also has an extensive marketing and public relations background and was an Adjunct Professor at Rowan University where she taught Services Marketing and Principles of Marketing.
Cheri received her MBA with a Concentration in Communications from Rowan University.
David Hardy
Executive Director
David Hardy is an Executive Director for the Northern New Jersey Region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. David provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities reporting to our Lyndhurst, NJ office.
David brings to Wentworth over 20 years of leadership and sales experience. Most recently, David was a Business Consultant for Old Sawmill, LLC. Previously, he spent over 16 years at Realogy Corporation where he held various executive level positions including, Senior Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Business Development and Vice President of Customer Services and International Relations.
David is a member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America.
David Readinger
Executive Director
David Readinger is an Executive Director for the Valley Forge, PA Region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. David provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and portfolio communities managed in the Valley Forge and surrounding areas.
David has been with Wentworth since 2004. David began his career in Property Management working as a Municipal Operations Director. Immediately prior to Wentworth, David was a Regional Manager responsible for several exclusive rental properties in Pennsylvania.
David earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with concentrations in Political Science and History from Kutztown University in 1994.
Donna Fiore
Executive Director
Donna Fiore is an Executive Director for the Central New Jersey Region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Donna provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed in the Central New Jersey area.
Donna brings over 15 years of residential development and property management experience to our team. Donna has an extensive background in property management, acquisitions, contract negotiations, market analysis, project management, strategic planning, budget & forecasting, P&L, and leadership and team training. Most recently Donna was Principal / Consultant, of Bellewether Consulting Services where she established a professional consulting service. Previously, Donna worked for Matzel & Mumford, Division of K. Hovnanian, where she was Director – Land Division, Manager – Land Division, and Land Administrator.
Donna has an Associate of the Arts degree with a concentration in Psychology from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ. Donna also holds a NJ Real Estate License.
Mary Ann Mulfino, CMCA®
Executive Director
Mary Ann Mulfino is an Executive Director for the Valley Forge, PA Region of the Condominium & Homeowner Association Division region of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Mary Ann provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and sited communities managed in the southeastern Pennsylvania area.
Mary Ann began her career at Wentworth in 1986 and was promoted to General Manager in 1989 where she was responsible for overseeing management and maintenance operations as well as insurance and financial controls.
Mary Ann Mulfino received her Bachelors Degree in English from Rosemont College. Mary Ann received her CMCA® designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is an active member in the PA DEL Valley CAI Chapter. Mary Ann is also a member of the Chester/Delaware County HBA and The National Association of Professional Women.
Trent R. Harrison, CMCA®, AMS®, PCAM®
President – Mid-Atlantic Division
Trent Harrison is the President of the Mid-Atlantic Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. In this role, Trent provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed in the Delaware, Maryland & Virginia.
Trent has over 18 years of property management experience, which includes leasing and management of commercial and residential properties, condominium conversions and land development. Trent is a licensed Real Estate agent in Maryland.
Trent earned his Bachelors Degree with honors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Millersville University. Trent has also received his Accredited Management Specialist (AMS®), Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI). Trent is an active member of CAI and also teaches seminars for his local CAI – Chesapeake Chapter.
