Wentworth’s Condominium & Homeowner Association Division focuses on supporting residential single-family and condominium associations. We provide all of the community management services necessary to operate a successful association for communities of all sizes. We offer both on and off-site management, administrative support staff, financial management, communications, maintenance programs and many other value added services.
This division is led by our Condominium & Homeowner Association Vice President, along with Executive Directors, who oversee a limited number of communities in a designated geography. All of these executives are 100% off-line from the direct day-to-day community management functions, allowing them to provide an invaluable depth of resources to support our board members in their responsibilities as well as engage with homeowners in the community.
