Michael A. Mendillo, President of Wentworth Group, Inc., and Roger Thompson, Vice President of Operations of FirstService Residential Management, will present Getting Started with Net Promoter at this national event.
Net Promoter® is a loyalty metric and a discipline for using customer feedback to fuel positive, profitable growth in an organization.
