Arthur L. Bartikofsky, CPM®
President
Mr. Bartikofsky is President of Wentworth Property Management. He joined the firm as a community manager in 1986 and soon after accepted the position of Regional Vice President, overseeing the Philadelphia Region and providing guidance and support to the area managers and clients. In 2004, he was promoted to Executive Vice President and was responsible for monitoring services delivered and client relation throughout the company. In 2008, he was promoted to President of Wentworth Property Management; his advancement in the company mirrors the growth and development of the organization.
He is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he obtained the highly regarded CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation, as well as a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Mr. Bartikofsky attended the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Kimberly A. Palmieri, AMS® LEED® Green Associate
Vice President Business Operations
Ms. Palmieri joined the Wentworth organization in 1995 as a Community Manager. After seven years of a successful track record working with a multitude of Wentworth clients and associates, she was promoted to Director of Client Development in 2002. Ms. Palmieri’s main focus was to create processes and procedures that allowed us to better evaluate our business and service to our clients.
In 2005 she was promoted again to Vice President of Business Operations. In her current capacity, Ms. Palmieri works very closely with the Wentworth Operations Team in streamlining the company's operations. She is responsible for day to day internal operations, including oversight of the following departments: Operations Team, Staff Legal Counsel, Quality Assurance, Resale, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Education & Development. In addition, Ms. Palmieri monitors the roll out of all new programs in order to ensure Wentworth's success in delivering what we promise.
Ms. Palmieri earned a BS in Business from Georgian Court University. Ms. Palmieri holds a New Jersey Real Estate license and has obtained the AMS® (Association Management Specialist) designation from the Community Association Institute (CAI). Ms. Palmieri is also LEED AP certified through the United States Green Building Council.
Alan Trachtenberg, Esq.
Director of Human Resources
In-house Counsel
Mr. Trachtenberg is the Director of Human Resources and Administration and In-House Counsel for Wentworth Property Management. As Director of Human Resources, he coordinates and oversees personnel management and administration including hiring, performance evaluations, payroll, benefits and compliance. In his role as In-House Counsel, Mr. Trachtenberg also assists with contract negotiations and provides advice to associates on legal related industry topics.
Mr. Trachtenberg has 15 years experience in the professional community management industry. He joined Wentworth in 1999 as a community manager where he gained experience in all facets of common interest realty including active adult communities, condominiums and hi-rises. In 2003, he was promoted to Regional Director and in 2007 joined the Operations Department initially as In-House Counsel and was later appointed as Director of Human Resources.
Mr. Trachtenberg graduated from Rutgers College with a BA in Economics and received his JD from New England School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey and Massachusetts Bars.
Gary Olsen
Director of Client Accounting Services
Gary Olsen joined Wentworth in 2008 as Director of Client Accounting Services. In this capacity, Mr. Olsen oversees all accounting staff and client accounting operations in Wentworth’s West Long Branch and Valley Forge offices.
Mr. Olsen has over twenty-five years experience as a financial professional in various industries. He has experience in budgeting and business planning, designing and implementing financial systems, internal control procedures and monitoring, AR/AP and financial statements and human resources. Prior to joining Wentworth, Mr. Olsen was Manager of Treasury Services for TMP Directional Marketing and President of DWO and Associates, LLC.
Mr. Olsen is a graduate of Pace University with a BBA in Accounting and Financial Management.
