Leadership Programs
In addition to skills training, Wentworth conducts three distinctive leadership programs. Developed by Wentworth Group President, Michael Mendillo, these programs offer our most talented and professional associates the opportunity to realize their leadership potential and professional goals.
Generation Y Emerging Leaders
This leadership program is for young adults at Wentworth, representative of the unique talents and perspective they offer as the next generation of leaders. Collaboration between the generations and leadership skills development is the focus of this group.Emerging Leaders
This group is comprised of seasoned professionals, selected to participate in a variety of leadership, team development and challenge-driven activities. Ambassadors
