Trent R. Harrison, CMCA®, AMS®
President - Maryland

Trent Harrison is the President of the Maryland Division of Wentworth Property Management Corp. In this role, Trent provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed in the Delaware, Maryland & Virginia.

Trent has over 17 years of property management experience, which includes leasing and management of commercial and residential properties, condominium conversions and land development.  Trent is a licensed Real Estate agent in Maryland.

Trent earned his Bachelors Degree with honors in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management from Millersville University. Trent has also received his Accredited Management Specialist (AMS®) and Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA®) designations through Community Associations Institute (CAI). Trent is pursuing his Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) designation thru CAI and also teaches seminars for the local CAI chapter.  Trent is an active member of CAI. 

David Readinger
Executive Director


David Readinger is an Executive Director for the Valley Forge, Pennsylvania region of Wentworth Property Management Corp. In this role, David provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and portfolio communities managed in the Valley Forge area.

David has been with Wentworth since 2004.   David began his career in Property Management working as a Municipal Operations Director.  Immediately prior to Wentworth, David was a Regional Manager responsible for several exclusive rental properties in Pennsylvania. 

David earned his Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice with concentrations in Political Science and History from Kutztown University in 1994. 

Mary Ann Mulfino, CMCA®
Executive Director


Mary Ann Mulfino is an Executive Director for the Valley Forge, Pennsylvania region of Wentworth Property Management Corp. In this role, Mary Ann provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and sited communities managed in the southeastern Pennsylvania area.

Mary Ann began her career at Wentworth in 1986 and was promoted to General Manager in 1989 where she was responsible for overseeing management and maintenance operations as well as insurance and financial controls.

Mary Ann received her Bachelors Degree in English from Rosemont College. Mary Ann received her CMCA® designation from the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and is an active member in the PA DEL Valley CAI Chapter. Mary Ann is also a member of the Chester/Delaware County HBA and The National Association of Professional Women.

Joseph Viesta
Executive Director


Joe is an Executive Director for Southern New Jersey region of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Joe provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities reporting managed in the Lawrenceville, NJ area.  

Joe has been involved with national organizations for over ten years holding varied positions in project management, management controls and treasury operations.  Most recently, Joe was Project Manager for Toll Brothers, Inc., one of the nation’s largest and premier developers of luxury homes. In this capacity, he was responsible for the daily operations and financial management of over 1,200 homes, including Regency at Monroe. Previously, Joe worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. as a Financial Analyst in the Management Controls Department and as a Financial Consultant for Treasury Operations.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from St. John’s University in New York.

Donna Fiore
Executive Director


Donna Fiore is an Executive Director for the Central New Jersey region of Wentworth Property Management Corp.  In this role, Donna provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and communities managed in the Central New Jersey area.

Donna brings over 15 years of residential development and property management experience to our team.   Donna has an extensive background in property management, acquisitions, contract negotiations, market analysis, project management, strategic planning, budget & forecasting, P&L, and leadership and team training.  Most recently Donna was Principal / Consultant, of Bellewether Consulting Services where she established a professional consulting service. Previously, Donna worked for Matzel & Mumford, Division of K. Hovnanian, where she was Director – Land Division, Manager – Land Division, and Land Administrator.

Donna has an Associate of the Arts degree with a concentration in Psychology from Brookdale Community College in Lincroft, NJ.  Donna also holds a NJ Real Estate License. 

Rick Barnard
Executive Director


Rick is an Executive Director for the Northern New Jersey region of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Rick provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates and portfolio communities managed from our Hackensack office.

Rick brings over 15 years of management experience with large organizations.  Most recently, Rick was Director of the Management Division for The Helsing Group, based in San Ramon, CA.  Rick worked with developers, boards and vendors to form Homeowner Associations for over 80 communities with an average of 5000 – 7000 homes.  His experience includes operational and financial management for existing and developing associations, as well as transition management from developer to homeowner control.  Previously Rick spent several years managing the casino departments of riverboat gambling casinos and cruise lines. 

Rick earned a degree in Business Management from Devry University in 2003.
