Going green isn’t just good for the environment; it’s also good for your bottom line. Wentworth has taken a knowledge-based approach to green and sustainability and is proud to have on our staff over twenty LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) accredited associates who’ve gone through the US Green Building Council certification program. These associates translate what they’ve learned through their rigorous studies into the field by working to identify areas where our clients can operate their properties in a more sustainable, energy efficient manner.
We believe that driving knowledge leadership in this area will allow us to effectively implement “green” best practices in our operations and those of our clients. We are committed to environmental sustainability and energy management through a practical and knowledge-based approach:
- Educating our own leaders, associates, board members and homeowners
- “Greening” our operations procedures
- Bringing enhanced knowledge and products to our customers helping them “green” their buildings and operations

FS Energy
Our partner, FS Energy, provide solutions that result in direct savings for our clients by reducing energy consumption and a building’s carbon footprint.
FS Energy is an advocate for property owners and boards – not a vendor selling a product or service – who can devise a solutions package to meet any energy management challenge.
Ultimately, our goal is to propose initiatives that will result in cost savings for our communities and help the environment in the process.
