Part of our responsibility is providing you with your accounting and financial resources. Our services include the production of financial statements as well as all accounts payable and receivable functions. Our accounts payable process is fully automated to facilitate invoice scanning and electronic approval of vendor payments.

All of the financial statements produced are in accordance with GAAP and exceed the requirements of the law. We provide in-depth reporting to assist the board with understanding their financial statements. Our Accounting professionals – including on-staff CPA’s – are available to meet with board members and / or committee members to provide additional assistance and education, when needed.

We also provide resources for your homeowners to make their assessment payments in a variety of formats including online credit card, E-check payments, automatic ACH withdraw or via mail with statement or coupon.

Resale

Wentworth’s resale and lender information services protect your association by eliminating the risk of lost assessments when the re-sale of a home occurs. Our Resale Department provides comprehensive financial, legal and other association specific information for re-sale processing. The Resale Department also offers a customized electronic and hardbound copy of the association Welcome Packet and Public Offering Statements to all new homeowners.
