Our educational programs are led by our Director of Education who is experienced in adult education and training as well as community association management. This team member is 100% dedicated to developing, conducting and overseeing our education programs for both our associates and clients.
Manager Development Program
Wentworth’s Manager Development Program, PM 101, educates our community managers in all aspects of community association management. PM 101 is a 35-course curriculum separated into 4 major components – Physical, Fiscal, Governance and Communication – in order to provide a well-rounded and focused educational program. Coupled with our state of the art Learning Centers, the program provides your community manager with the most up to date industry knowledge in order to better serve your community.
School of Professional Development
The School of Professional Development is an on-line learning management system (LMS) that offers an array of educational content, resources, assessments and live, instructor-led webinars. Our Professional Development program is designed with the future in mind, providing courses in:

Learning Center
In addition, Wentworth has created the industry’s only hands-on learning center consisting of sample building components including a gate house, pool plumbing, heating and cooling and roofing cross sections. The concept behind this groundbreaking facility is to provide realistic hands on training to complement the knowledge gained in classrooms and textbooks. We welcome you to visit our learning center anytime you wish to learn more about the equipment and systems necessary to keep your community operating smoothly.
