Arthur Bartikofsky CPM®
President
Arthur Bartikofsky is the President of Wentworth Property Management Corp. Arthur joined the firm in 1986 as a community manager and soon after accepted the position of Regional Vice President for the Philadelphia Region. In 2004, Arthur was promoted to Executive Vice President, where he became responsible for standardizing and implementing best practices, ancillary services, and client relations. His 2008 advancement to President of Wentworth Property Management mirrors the growth and development of the organization.
Arthur is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he obtained the highly regarded CPM® (Certified Property Manager) designation, as well as a member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
Arthur graduated Monroe Community College in Rochester New York with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and went on to attend the State University of New York at Buffalo where he majored in Sociology.
Kimberly A. Palmieri, LEED® Green Associate
Vice President of Business Operations
Kimberly Palmieri joined Wentworth in 1995 as a Community Manager. After seven years of a successful track record working with a multitude of Wentworth clients and associates, she was promoted to Director of Client Development in 2002. Kim’s main focus was to create processes and procedures that allowed us to better evaluate our business and service to our clients.
In 2005 she was promoted again to Vice President of Business Operations. In her current capacity, Kim works very closely with the Wentworth Executive Team on our client retention efforts – helping ensure we are delivering what we promise in providing both service and value to our clients. She oversees the implementation of our client feedback program and ensures we are focusing our efforts in the appropriate areas based on the opinions of our clients. Kim is also responsible for overseeing marketing and sales efforts, including branding, communication and public relations, and the proposal generation process.
Kim earned a B.S. in Business from Georgian Court University. Kim holds a New Jersey Real Estate license as well as the LEED® GA designation from the United States Green Building Council (USGBC).
Ken Czyzyk
Vice President of Accounting Services
Ken is the Vice President of Accounting Services for Wentworth Property Management Corp. Ken provides leadership and operational oversight to our associates reporting to our Client Accounting Department. Additionally, Ken is responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality financial services to our association clients, ensuring proper accounting practices and procedures are followed and evaluating our existing procedures and implementing improvements as needed.
Ken has been a Controller or CFO for the past 20+ years. He has worked for both small and large companies, private and public and has been successful in organizing, streamlining, developing and implementing best in class accounting operations. Prior to joining Wentworth Ken was the CFO for an east coast property management company primarily focused on lifestyle, wellness and pool management operations located in high rise residential condominium and active adult communities.
Ken is a CPA and has a B.S. in Business/Accounting and an MBA in Finance.
Alan R. Trachtenberg, Esq.
Director of Human Resources and In-House Counsel
Alan Trachtenberg is the Director of Human Resources and In-House Counsel for Wentworth Property Management Corp. As Director of Human Resources, Alan coordinates and oversees personnel management and administration including hiring, performance evaluations, payroll, benefits, policies and procedures and compliance. In his role as In-House Counsel, he assists with contract negotiations and provides advice to associates on legal related industry topics.
Alan has over 15 years of experience in the professional community association management industry. He joined Wentworth in 1999 as a community manager where he gained experience in all facets of common interest realty including active adult communities, condominiums and high-rises. In 2003, he was promoted to Regional Director and in 2007 joined the Operations Department initially as In-House Counsel and was later appointed as Director of Human Resources.
Alan graduated from Rutgers College with a B.A. in Economics and received his J.D. from New England School of Law. He is a member of the New Jersey and Massachusetts Bars.
